Hello Everyone,

HOpe you are doing fine. This is an outline of the many topics dealt with in our town hall meetings. What I present here is just a list of issues as they were introdued on each of the three days in which we held THMs.
Heres the issue list for day one
Problem Selection
1. Lack of respect between each other and themselves
2. There has been a remarkable growth in the Gap between developed and developing countries.
Solutions
3. There has been a remarkable growth in the Gap between developed and developing countries.
a. Integration of gender, culture and environmental factor in development policies.
b. Understand the real impact that the development issue has in women, culture and environment.
c. Make sure that gender and culture diversity are properly involved in the planning and implementation
d. Overseeing supervision of its implementation
e. Use this insight to develop a plan and supervise its implementation
f. Reduce promotion expenditures and use those resources to foster direct actions
4. Lack of respect between each other and themselves
a. Start early education to foster values such as integrity, tolerance and dignity
b. The role of organizations setting examples
c. Proactive actions to encourage citizens to get involved socially
d. Development of a proper values system training involving the agents that influence education, such as educators, parents, family, government and students themselves.
e. Set aside personal agendas and companies´ interests to work for a common welfare


AS WE CAN ALL SEE, THIS GROUP OF STUDENTS FOCUSED ON THE ISSUE OF CREATING A VALUE FRAMEWORK. EVEN WITH THAT, SOME OF THE ISSUE ALSO TOUCH IN THE OTHER FIVE GENERAL THEMES.
